[ ] Fly [ ] Pokemon battle [ ] Meet Batman [ ] Eat my favourite foods [ ] Shape shift [ ] Shock a DC by doing something crazy [ ] Meet my subconscious
What do you mean by a Mantra ? |

Before going to sleep and while falling asleep is usually the best time for lucid dreaming mantras, but that don't means that it should be only time, you can pick additional times during the day to do mantras as long as you are comfortable with doing it if it helps you setting the intention. |

I tried writing down 30 times ''I will have lots of lucid dreams tonight'' just before bed yesterday, but no LD occured. I had 2 simple dreams instead, but I was somehow able to remember more details. |

Studies show that if you write the same thing down enough, it actually loses its meaning. Write out "door" to fill out three pages with it and by the time you're done you will be questioning whether or not "door" is even a word. |

I'm not always lucid, but whether I'm awake or asleep I'm always dreaming.
