First of all - thank you fogelbise for linking me up in here!
And thank you for this whole thread!!

I will try this and report. Latest next after next night.
It really sounds great - and it comes with such a cool collection of supporters, too..
And I had one DEILD from LD to LD - that really seemed easy - but it was from lucidity..

I'm having problems seeing how you go back to sleep so quickly. In my cause i do 1:30 , 3:00, 4:30
and everytime i get up and want to go back to bed. it's hard. takes me alot of minutes,..

when i wake up at 1:30 i try and try to go back to bed and at 2:20 i'm still awake.
So i usually give up on the 3:00 alarm cause i havent' even succeeded at sleep.

Anyways, you seem to be a pro. How do you go back to sleep so quickly?
As you have worded it - I was wondering, if you might understand this as a WakeBackToBed (WBTB) method, where you set your alarm - get out of bed and try to wake yourself up a bit - if not too much - and then go back to bed.
But maybe you meant sleep, and you donīt get up, or move and then canīt sleep anyway..?
If so - I can not help - but wish good luck with it!

I was so free as to take out an "m" above - I managed to copy-paste into googlivion..
Will see to install it and check, how I like your settings.
      Thanks for the specific tips!

Oh - and for me - OBE is an Out of Body Experience.
Not the same as AP (Astral Projectio n)
An experience is something subjective - and not something factual.

Spoiler for OBEs and UFOs and what I think on the terms - off topic..:
