      what is wrong with me?

Last night I dreamt about some scientiest talking about the greatest discoveryes in lucid dreaming. And I didnt got lucid! what the heck is wrong with me? Do you think that I should improve self awarness? I don't have a rised level of self awarness because for LD I choose WILD because it requires less work during the day.

Hearing about lucid dreaming in a dream doesn't necessarily guarantee lucidity.
If your awareness isn't high enough then you will just be like "ah, someone is talking about lucid dreaming here in this waking life".
You need to develop a more skeptical attitude so that your reaction becomes "wait a second! could this mean I am dreaming...?!".

If you often have dreams like this then you could tell yourself before going to sleep that you will realize that you are dreaming next time a dream character mentions lucid dreaming.

Yeah, I think that I should practice rising my self awarness. When I had a higher level of self awarness I realized that I`m dreaming but observing much smaller details.

I explained the concept of lucid dreaming way more times to dream characters - without becoming lucid - than actual people (which reminds me...I need more friends xD)

I dreamed about talking to a friend and explaining that I'm trying to lucid dream....and didn't become lucid.
I dreamed about waking up and writing a dream in my dream journal...and didn't become lucid.

      It happens

I recently had a dream in which my friend recently started lucid dreaming and was very good at it. It involved simulating dreams, which led the people there to say that I was pretty good at dream control. I was also a bit envious of my friend because she had a lot of lucid dreams while I only had a few...
And this all happened in a dream =.=

... I should work on my awareness, too.

Daytime awareness requires some effort, especially in the beginning, but it is well worth it in my opinion. There is nothing wrong with you, this could happen to anyone, it has happened to me quite often as well.

      Everyone is like this.
A few days ago, I did a WBTB in a dream, explained to my friend that I am doing a WBTB for LDing, and my brother was awake(in the dream), and I said to my friend that my brother is also doing WBTB.
I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

Don't feel disheartened. The fact that lucid dreaming is filtering through into your dream from waking life is a good sign of progress. Everybody has silly moments where you want to kick yourself when you wake up for not becoming lucid. I had one once where my friend was walking down the school corridor with me and there was a giant poster on the other end of the corridor that he pointed out to me. It was bright red with giant blue writing on it saying "GO LUCID!" and I just said "Huh, that's a coincidence. I sometimes Lucid Dream". I didn't become lucid and I shrugged it off
