I would recommend drinking some water before bed to supplement that. It will either make it so that you will wake up at a different time than the alarm, or you will wake up more to the alarm and have to use the bathroom as well, increasing your chance to wake up and remember the awakening.

Also, almost every person (not every. ) that has problems waking to an alarm is not getting enough sleep. You may get enough sleep the night of, but youare probably not getting enough sleep the three nights bbefore (in my opinion, the amount of nights you need to set your sleep schedule right).
