I have an update.
Last night I had no need to wake up early, so when I had a natural wake up at 5am, it was without stress or pressure. I tried to WILD for over 30 minutes without moving, and still nothing! No hypnagogia, no weird colors, noises, vibrations, nothing. I had a couple of moments where I felt as if I was staring into blackness. Maybe I was at the beginning of a sleep cycle so I would only enter deep sleep if I had continued my attemps. After a bit longer I concluded maybe my timing was wrong and went to sleep as I normally would.
The WILD is really eluding me!
