Im confused, at least I was confused. I like to be confused as it gives me the opportunity to 'unconfuse' myself and discover new ways of doing things. The issue of this weeks confusion lies within the lucid dreaming mask industry. |

The Biggest Risk in Life is to Never Take One
I never had luck with my remee for DEILDs, but perhaps I never found just the right combination before it stopped working entirely. Of about 100 nights of use, mostly I never noticed anything, except for twice the lights went off in the middle of a dream, startling me fully awake instantly. |

Hey there, |

Hi, i wonder if Remee really is a needle in a haystack when used as a DEILD alarm :-/ Im thinking after a wbtb of about 7 hours and setting the remee for every 10 mins then over the course of an hour that needle becomes a scaffold pole in a haystack as there a more than 50% chance of the alarm waking you in a dream. hmmm |

Could you please make a more detailed record of these? I mean, alarm DEILD: 5 successes - but after how many trials and how many fails? |

"...what we experience is our model of reality, not reality itself. Perception is dreaming constrained by sensory input. So it’s a constrained dream, whereas dreaming is perception free of constraint. What exactly is the difference experientially between the dream and waking state? And you see, it’s the same stuff. It’s all illusion! "Stephen LaBerge
Yes, ive found this to be the case with me too, however, once lucid i always tell myself that i will be seeing remee lights soon and to ignore then and that seems to work. The RemDreamer is a much better option, shame its not as comfortable as the remme ...... roll on Aurora! :-) |

Some people take a long time to fall asleep again after *any* waking, especially alarm wakings, making the alarm-DEILD approach not workable. If it does work for you, congratulations! Everyone needs to follow their own path to see what works for them. |
