      Could it be this simple????

Most of my dreams involve bieng around my loved and close ones *family and girlfriend*.Ofcourse when i see them in real life i know its them ofcourse. Is there maybe a mantra or someway of teaching myself to question reality everytime i see my family or.girlfriend? Maybe reality.check everytime i see them.or maybe RC and use a mantra?....im thinking if i could master questioning reality everytime i.see my family and loved ones then it will be a habit in like 80% of my dreams which would.lead to high percentage of lucids which would ofcourse be my dream! Thankyou =)

I think as long as you really make a point of performing a RC every time you see your family or girlfriend it could work. The only problem I've experienced with these types of really frequent reality checks, as I'm assuming you see your girlfriend at least probably pretty often, is that I at least became complacent when doing them. I was doing them so often that I just kind of started almost disregarding it like when my trigger came up to RC, I would just basically be like, yep not dreaming haha. So as long as you're serious about it and don't get complacent I think it could work.

That's exactly how to do a reality check. I use doorways and trees, because I know that they will almost always exist in my dreams. Any time I see a doorway or a tree I check.
      Also toilets, because safety first.

I have a similar situation Cidu, except with co-workers as well. Now, when I see my brother in a dream I'm usually talking about LDs, and something just 'clicks'. As for work, what I started doing is preforming reality checks as I approach the front desk by looking at text on the wall multiple times. When I see certain co-workers, especially when it's the first time in the day, I either ramp up awareness as much as possible and question the reality. or, if I clock is nearby, I'll check it ~4 times (I like to be thorough). If I can get away with it it, I'll check hands or do a noseplug.

I'll also add that my dog has been a dream sign for a bit, so I literally ask her before bed to let me know if I'm dreaming (it's a funny conversation). Well.. it actually worked 2 days ago lmao.
