I know this goal will not happen overnight, but I would like to start the necessary habits as soon as possible, and am willing to work hard.
So, I was wondering if some of the more advanced lucid dreamers could give me examples of their routine when they are "on the ball". everybody's input is hugely appreciated, thanks guys! excited about becoming a part of this community.
Hey there welcome to lucid dreaming....when you have your first one you will be addicted lol....im not an advanced lucid dreamer but i know quiet alot about different techniques and stuff and iv had roughly about 50 lucid dreams since i started.
Something new im trying is....i looked through my dream journal and tried to notice a pattern or anything that occurs alot in my dreams....and that is family.....in nearly every dream i have im with a family member of girlfriend....so i have decided to question if im awake or asleep everytime i see my.family of girlfriend and after a month or 2 of doing this i should be questioning this in my dreams which would mean tons more lucids than usual =)
You will have lots of fun practising lucid dreaming and it does take alot of effort but the results are definatly worth it =)
