wbtb is a good supplement to give you more awareness and presence in dreams. I wake about 5 or more times through the night for wbtbs, usually just 5 minutes, but I usually have one that is 20 minutes near the end of the night. Wbtb is amazing, but wont get you lucids in and of itself. I recommend checking out this:
