This can be done by setting an intention to wake up at a specific time, but it probably depends on how well your body "senses" time, for lack of better words. For example, as you lay in bed, you can say to yourself a few times, either externally (it can be quietly) or internally, that you will wake up at for example 6 AM, assuming you went to bed at midnight and wanted to wake up 6 hours later. |
