I've found I can get to sleep quickly with a 10 minute WBTB.

I was thinking of setting an alarm at 5 hours then doing mild for 10 minutes and then set another alarm 90 minutes after I go back to sleep to remember my dreams

Or should I just tell myself Ill remember my dreams and wake up without an alarm and then MILD?

Both can work but be careful setting multiple alarms as they may wake you from a lucid dream! They can also wake you abruptly which can sometimes affect recall negatively.

I find waking naturally in the night works fairly well with MILD. Just setting an intention to wake at a particular time before bed usually works for me, but it may take a few days to sink in and start working.
