Things that seem to help for me:

Writing down every single dream i start to remember, when i first remember it.
Getting lots of sleep, either going to be early, or getting up late seem to help.
Contrary to most people, when I start going about my normal morning routine, my dream will just HIT me when i'm washing my face/having breakfast etc. (try not moving at all and trying to recall, and try this, maybe you're like me =) )
