Hello there.
Ive been keeping a dream journal for about a year and a half, but only recently started
making entries for every dream. It seems my recall has no pattern. its usually 4-8 days between dreams,
usually just snippets, although that time I ate some dark chocolate during WBTB had some DRAMATIC
results lol. I tried again but didn't get anymore good results with chocolate.

EVERY morning immediatly after I wake up I think about recalling dreams.
I even had a dream which I was recalling a dream!

Any ideas how to improve my recall frequency and or length?
