Yes the HI is very much like a dream where I am an observer. Sometimes though the people is see talk to me but I dont recall talking back. Still it is like watching TV.

Ah good comparision. I meditate from time to time and yes it can be difficult to keep a clear mind. Because at some point I start seeing HI anyway and it makes me sort of daydream. Perhaps to WILD I need to sort of blend meditation with daydreaming. Maybe start like I'm meditating and then when my mind wants to wonder just go with it but dont zone out too much?

So when you WILD and you enter heavy HI, the SP brings you back to full awarness? I feel like I bounce back and forth from dream to awake. If I wait long enough will I bounce to awareness but be in SP? Then wait till the SP sensations mellow out and I will be dreaming? Sorry for all the questions, Im just trying to understand this.

Also, would it be helpfull to listen to some type of white noise or audio file to concentrate on so you can forget your body but not so much where you fall completly asleep?
