Thanks, this seems like a great idea. Do you know a song that will wake me up without giving me a jolt? It would be much appreciated (I don't really want to snap awake).

Well, my iPod has an alarm itself (it's and iPod touch) and it just does like a beeping kind of noise. It wakes me up fast though, I don't know if thats wrong.

I don't think it's bad to wake up quickly. The purpose of a WBTB, after all, is to stay awake until you feel "completely aware", or not tired any more. Waking up quickly should probably actually help that, but I don't know, because I'm not a big WBTBer. Oh well, good luck.
