I would like to know what the best method would be in my situation. I am a total insomniac, but I've been taking 3mg of melatonin for two days. I'v been trying to LD for 5 days. I came close twice. Using the WBTB method. I want to know what else I can do. So if theres any other info you need, to determine athe optimal method(s) please ask. |

I'd be careful with sleep aids other than melatonin though, some can cause dependences which are definitely yucky. I find meditation to help me sleep better (however I am not an insomniac), so maybe try that a little bit. |

TILDs - 1 (Thirst Induced Lucid Dream, never going through that experience again...)
Total: 98 - So close to the big 100
Don't try a WILD. If you have trouble falling asleep, the WILD method will be harder than another method, most likely. |
