I would like to know what the best method would be in my situation. I am a total insomniac, but I've been taking 3mg of melatonin for two days. I'v been trying to LD for 5 days. I came close twice. Using the WBTB method. I want to know what else I can do. So if theres any other info you need, to determine athe optimal method(s) please ask. |
