You'll just have to experiment with the timing, but I think right before sleep is good. However, bananas don't have that much B6 in them... only a tiny portion of what is available in a single B6 vitamin pill. |

So I heard that bananas have alot of b6 in them. And that helps induce lucids. But when do you eat them? Before you go to sleep? |

Ok, I stand corrected. Not that much b6. Haha |
It's not that they have a lot, they just have a lot of different things in the proper proportions. |

Something like this was in another thread. Check wiki, the government stated daily dose of vit. B6 is only a few milligrams. |

i'm about to go to bed in a little bit, and i'm drinking some milk and chocolate nesquick. mmmmm |
That's the real reason they added this smilie: Lucidity stuff! |

Staying awake to chase a dream...
I eat them at 4:30am and then go back to bed. |
I ran outta bananas today.... |
Does anybody else know what other foods have b6 in them? |
Cereal often has B6 (if not always?). |
Whole grain cereals do. I just posted a stick in the Lucid Aids forum that includes a list of things with B6 in them. |
Oh yeah. I read that. Thanks! |
Hey is it true that bananas induce lucid dreams? |
