Hmm...I would try this. Whenever you RC during waking life, look around at your environment. Ask yourself, "Why do I know that this isn't a dream." Its not really questioning reality, its more like proving reality. Stand there and "feel" yourself and your state of consciousness. Know what it feels like to be in reality. Smell the air, feel some texture around you, and really "observe" your world for a moment. It only takes a few moments and then carry on with your business. Good Luck to you!

Yeah thats true. It also helps to not only reality check when you see something weird, but to check at certain cues. That has helped me a lot. Make a list.

      For example:

      Reality check everytime I...
      *See a red car
      *Before I use the bathroom
      *Walk through a door
      *Handle money

Really the more you have, the better. The idea is being able to remember reality check. I admit it's difficult to remember but it has helped me a lot.

A nice bonus is that it improves your prospective memory (remembering to do something later w/out a memo) and if you ever want to try MILD. This method is actually recommended by Stephen LaBerge if you want to learn to do MILD.

      Good luck.

Ah, you beat me to it! This is pretty much exactly how I RC. I highly recommend it.
