Today i set my alarm to wake me up at 4:30AM (i went to sleep past 11:00PM) and then i woke up i think around 5 minutes before the alarm was to go off, i went to the bathroom to go to the toilet and i went back to bed, i waited around half an hour and then i attempted to enter sleep paralysis. |

Hahaha I had this problem too! The reason you need to swalllow is because you are drooling because you are thinking of something yummy or something sexy! The mouth doesn't make saliva for no reason |

Just swallow. The less thought you give to it, the less any movement will impact you. You don't have to stay still to WILD. |

Is there a set time for SP? I guess it would depend if you tried to get into it before sleep, or after a WBTB, but isn't there an average time that it takes to get into sleep paralysis, say 15 or 20 minutes, or does it just vary for everyone? |

I just put my head to one side and let it spill out onto a cloth or just my pillow (it disappears in the morning xD). Gross, I know. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
