Yeah, I'd say it's probably a DILD without an easily identifiable trigger. Sometimes I forget what my trigger was by the time I wake up from the dream, if not earlier. In fact, I find it almost weird that I was pretty much able to remember the trigger of every full-length DILD I've had since I started hanging around here again. My vague memory tells me that more often than not I forgot the trigger back in the day.
