I figured the WBTB Meant Wake back to bed.

But what does VILD mean?

WBTB - Wake Back to Bed. MILD - Mnemonically Induced Lucid
Dream. VILD - Visualisation Induced Lucid Dream.

VILD is where you visualize a scene, usually a simple one, like in a bare room, and when yo have a 'transition', perform an RC (Reality check) to attain lucidity.

Have a look around, there are plenty of techniques one can use on these fora.

Next time just search up the acronym and then the website name beside it, or the subject (like WBTB dreamviews, or WBTB lucid dreaming) on google.
