Also one of the reasons i wanna get it back is because i started growing balls to learn how to flip lol.i can front and side flip with no fear at all! but...then theres the backflip,iv been thinking about alot and think ima try it tomarrow.and thought if i can get this back i can practice in my dreams too lol to get over fear.not just with this move but lots to come

i thought i would get it back easy within the week but guess not >_<

Hi, if WILDing is the technique you mainly use, I'd use WBTB if you don't already. Get up after five or six hours of sleep (it differs from person to person), stay up for a bit until you're more awake but not too awake, and go back to bed for the WILD. This way you're relaxed and don't have to go through tons of meditation and all.

When you're ready to WILD, the 61-point relaxation technique really helps you take your mind off external stimuli. It's not too hard to memorize the points on your body to focus on. You can read information on it here. You could also begin counting up "1, I am dreaming, 2, I am dreaming...", or focus on your breathing or heartbeat.

I haven't WILDed in a few months... But, those are the techniques that helped me. (:
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
