dude this is an awesome idea. i have actually been doing astral projection training which involves some light meditation. the training manual says to do it in mid afternoon but i've been doing it before i go to bed, and my dream recall has dramatically improved in just a week. yesterday when i woke up i was able to recall 2 dreams, as opposed to not being used to remember any most of the time. hopefully as i boost my recall i will be able to project and lucid dream easier as well. =] |
