Sounds like your doing right, it probably just doesn't work for you. Try the 61 point relaxation technique or the tense-and-relax of your muscles. Put them in the search box if you don't know what I'm talking about. |

every night lately ive been trying reverse blinking.. breathing normally and every 5 seconds opening my eyes and shutting em quickly.. it relaxes me a bit but then it doesnt do anything and i cant sleep |

I'm just getting back into lucid dreaming, but from what I remember, you should try and get into sleep paralysis after waking up, not when you're going to sleep. Try to make yourself wake up at a certain time using autosuggestion and then use reverse blinking then, but make sure to stay awake! |
