Hi guys,
firstly to apologize if i pollute the space with yet another thread on these topics. Its just that lately i got interested in the merkaba and that led me to third eye and to the higher self so i wanted to put them in one thread as they are connected.

I have read elsewhere about the merkaba and the books of Drunvalo Melchizedek.so i found two of them and read that we should awaken our third eyes.good, as i was already trying to get LD through concentration on the pineal gland, technique i found about here on the forum. also read that the merkaba meditation should connect one with one's higher self. i was reading here that one can do that and through LD.

Now then, i dunno if got any LD from my pineal glad experiments but i get other effects and feelings. I got some nice trips in the middle of the night after waking up from a dream. I also get this buzzing feeling in between my eyes which sometimes expands to the top of my head.
From the Merkaba meditation i tired to imagine the tetrahedrons and to rotate them which led to the feeling of power center in the base of my spine and this yellowish 'mist' made out of the spinning tetrahedrons. There also the feeling of connection between the center and the pineal, somehow. I did not do the whole meditation as i was a bit on wine. Anyway it was powerful experience even so short. I still dunno about the higher self though. Maybe i will reach it if i make the whole merkaba meditation.

From all this i have maybe one question. Is the higher self from merkaba and LD the same thing?

Btw, i have already met another me in my dreams, but i dont know if this is my higher self. Then i knew nothing about these matters
