      Possabilities of AP?

I read this article that taught me how to astral project and it worked very effectively for me. It is a common link given on this site.

The author mentioned that when you AP you are in the Astral plane. In this plane it is like a blanket over the physical plan so essentially you are floating around in the physical plane and you can see spirits etc... (according to him).

He said you can also go to the (something) records and learn about yourself. He said there was a mental plane, buddist plane (along the lines of that), and more planes with very amazing stuff.

Is this BS? Have any users on here who have AP'd been able to go too these "higher planes" or is this just according too the author?

The separation of the 'realms' is arbitrary. The cocoon of language only serves to limit your experience. Go out and make your own map.

Would you mind sharing the link you speak of?

Next time you are OOB, ask directly out loud ' take me to akashic records', 'show me higher planes', 'to my higher self', 'show me something important for me to see' or anything similar.

This is the other recurring forum topic besides proving shared dreaming.

My view is that most of what people say about the dream plane, particularly if they're trying to sell books, is BS. But its not all BS.

To illustrate one way that I think people become confused....Yesterday on another site a guy said he saw a fifth horseman of the apocalypse. He had been unacquainted with that concept prior to the dream, but afterwards found the idea in books or online. For a lot of people, this element of objectivity would confirm that the image in the dream is "real" in the sense that it signifies an actual impending apocalypse with a fifth horseman. To me all it confirms is that other people have thought about that image, and people's thoughts do influence other people's thoughts in dreams. To the extent that you accept the paranormal element as a validation of the truth of the image though, you quickly wander off into insane stupidity, where facts are whatever you want them to be, since you can create astral experiences for any facts you want to. I don't entirely understand why people do this. I understand the initial mistake, but not why people persist in it. They would rather be delusional than ordinary? I don't get that, because if you're delusional you're still ordinary, except in your delusional thought of yourself. Maybe it can be viewed as some kind of curse, punishment for seeking knowledge with wrong motives? Or psychologically they can't handle the stress of seeing that their trusted sources of inspiration are all dishonest or insane? But its a self perpetuating problem, because we can choose not to be that way ourselves. It just takes a long time and a lot of work to build something better, apparently.

You can find out more than about yourself. It has a record of everything that has ever happened, anywhere in the known and unknown universes from any time that one would like to question. It is quite easy to get to. One must be very respectful or an entry ban is possible.

I never actually tried to get to the Akashic plane, which is normally pictured kind of like a library temple. I have explored other realms. I doubt anyone can make a very good map that would apply to everyone. Things I have been able to see are established realms with in an Astral plane. Powerful entities can push back the chaos and form walled in areas where they set the foundation rules, like which way is up and other basics, like the general landscape. With in these areas lucid dream control skills may or may not work, depending on the rules the being has set. These places are then populated by disembodied people who choose not to currently reincarnate. It may be thought of as a type of after life, but they can be visited if you make contact with some one who has access, like many dream guides.
Sounds crazy, I know, but I have seen a few of these realms first hand, many many times, and it sounds like Mcwillis has had his own amazing other worldly experiences. Two of us, telling you it is true, of course, does not prove anything. I am not conserned with convincing the skeptic. Just friendly advice, approach it with an open mind, there is some fabulous and amazing stuff out there for you to find.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

Damb bans! They are very touchy in a lot of astral areas. I've never been there (Akashic) in this life, but have had my share of temporary bans from other locations. I even got imprisioned in one realm, so that every time I entered I appeared in a specific caged area and had all my powers dampened. This went on for a few weeks. I could not even have a normal dream. If I entered any dream, they would cage me. Not that anything bad happened, some of my friends from there would visit. Just an obnocious 'Time Out' for fighting with one of the residence. Grrrr.

So yes, take Mcwillis' advice, and behave yourself if you ever get to any of these amazing places.

The library is a mighty temple on a desolate, featureless planet that doesn't take long to get to. The method I was instructed in is a method of travel that anyone can use successfully to get there. Obviously one must have good LD/OBE stability to make the journey.

Inside it may look different on different visits. Humans can enter without restriction and can retrieve pretty much any information that can be understood by the human mind.

How the information will be provided will be obvious once inside. A live representative may ask you for the information you require and get you a book and direct you to the right page. You may on another situation find yourself in front of a computer and use that to get the information you want. It is very wise to be honourable and behave oneself as the records are extremely powerful.

Before anyone asks me how to get there I'm not telling, until the Gods openly walk the Earth again. I don't want to be responsible for giving people this information that could be highly abused. I will post it one day, probably within the next ten years

so here's the deal, i can induce vibrations upon thought but not sure exactly what the feeling is i can't put my tongue on it..... it's either A.) actually "knowing" the "energy" is there, B.) straight up watching it flow in your body, or C.) just thoughts of the sensation itself. i have a strong feeling it's mainly one of these but all three together works 100%, it's completely in your own head. you just have to trust yourself that it will happen.

but the question, how do i maintain focus to hold my vibrations? it's frustrating to know that i have to wait 45 minutes because i get so easily sidetracked...... i need something to keep me at this state-kinda-like, as if a habit to remind me to focus during the day. come onnnnnnn guys think about your average day........ what kinds of things do you do to help you remember maybe? idk it's weird and hard to explain... but i need to change my thought process basicly to shut out everything i don't want to fuggin listen to but can't seem to subdue.

just my 2 cents but breathing and laying still are definitely a big factor too lol try to time your breathing with visualizations..... maybe D.)? lol
      any help is greatly appreciated
