Robert Bruces 2 astral dynamics books?

a while ago i read Robert bruces "Astral Dynamics: A NEW Approach to Out-of-Body Experiences". but i didnt read it properly, i just skipped through becuase i was keen, then i tried realy hard and got my first and only OBE.
a while later i tried to read his book "Mastering Astral Projection: 90-day Guide To Out-of-body Experience" and i was suprised how bad it was because i had high expectations.
so i was going to read atral dynamics again properly and i saw there is 2.

1999 - Astral Dynamics: A NEW Approach to Out-of-Body Experiences
2009 - Astral Dynamics: The Complete Book of Out-of-Body Experiences

can anyone tell me wich one is better?
      or what the differance is?
the 1999 one is the one that i have read before but not properly, and had good results from.

I persevered through the first 50 days of the MAP: 90 Day Guide, and I found that while I didn't learn much about Astral Projection, it was really beneficial in terms of helping me understand more about meditation and energy manipulation (kundalini, chi, qi, whatever you want to call it). I haven't gone on and read any of his other books, but from what I understand:

NEW "New Energy Waves" was all about outlining his thoughts and experiences on energy, how to control it and how it relates to OBEs.

The Complete Book of OBEs is an update which essentially combines the "NEW" book with the 'MAP: 90 days' book, giving details, a guide and stories about his experiences all in one

I found the day-by-day method to be too structured and slow, it didn't really allow for personal development, instead trying too hard to develop a structured set of skills which for me, didn't really work. My favourite part of it was the energy control and that's what I focussed on and when I stopped that's really what I took from the program - I still practice energy control today.

Having not read the other books I'm not sure - perhaps looking at the Astral Dynamics forum would be helpful to understand what the book is about before you order another?

yea it was very slow, and i agree that the energy work was good, feeling it instead of the usual seeing it. what parts of it do you keep practicing? i think i will keep doing the chakra one and the one were you breath in and pull energy up to your head, then breath out and push it down to your stomach. i also move my arms with it, lke you see people doing with qi gong, i dunno if thats why they do it but it helps me feel it alot.
and i will pop over to the astral dynamics forum and check it out. thanks

I have the 2009 edition (it says Revised edition) of Astral Dynamics and I find it very interesting. Can't compare to first edition, but here are all the chapters, maybe you can decide from these.

His website is not very easy to navigate, so if you need a link to "astral beings' in part 6, PM me. I just looked at his website again, and most of the things in there are also in this book. Not sure, if all of it.

      Part 1
      dimensional theory
      the projectable double
      the mind-split effect
      astral sight
      waking paralysis
      OBE and perception
      your higher self and you

      Part 2
      you and your energy body
      running energy
      primary energy-center work
      energy-work issues

      Part 3
      deep physical relaxation
      taming the mind
      achieving an altered state

      Part 4
Projection exit and techniques - 7 chapters

      Part 5
      the astral planes
      connecting the cords
      the akashic records
      the astral wind

      Part 6
      OBE and reality fluctuations
      higher dimensional levels
astral beings and wildlife...........................( I really love this part, have not found any similar description anywhere else, but he has it on his website also)
      fear-based issues and solutions
astral noise and things that go bump in the night
      working with your higher self
