Ways to test OBE's

Nice Atras! Would you mind explaning how he did to induce the OBE? I have a method of a natural friend but it doesn't hurt to get some inspiration

He used a guided meditation from you tube. He is not a natural, but is a very fast learner and can do wilds and obes very easily. So jealous.

I made identical size small cards from plane paper and wrote one letter of the abc on each. I left out letters, that can be easily confused with similarly looking letters. I closed my eyes, shuffled them well, still not looking, put one of them in a kitchen napkin aside and rest of them in a place, where there is no way, I can see them and deduct which one is missing.

Then I put the one I picked, still not looking (what would be the point, I would just fool myself if I looked), on top of my kitchen cabinet. It's so high, I needed a small chair to reach up.

So I really had no idea which letter is on top of the cabinet.

I'm not saying this proves anything. But it sure was fun and interesting.

You are correct. It's good practice to be skeptical of everything, and not to make assumptions too early. However, it does indicate that there is something going on during an OBE that is not limited to the brain, which is exciting. It would take many more tests to figure out what is actually going on.

Yeah, either that or that we use more of our brain than we use otherwise.
