It's not as easy as you make it sound. If it was, it would have been proved or disproved already. |

Basically, before going to bed, ask someone you live with to take a big piece of paper, write something random on it with big letters, and put it somewhere you'll know. When you then astral project, you will go to that part of the house, and read what it says on the paper. |

I've already done this exactly, still didn't check it by Astral projection.. But my brother wrote some numbers on a paper, put over a tall wardrobe. I hope success someday |

Gab is right about that not being an Astral experiment. Astral stuff takes place in other realities and can be based in any crazy setting built with the power of thought. Your experiment is testing either far seeing or etherial travel. I can not imagine how anyone could confirm AP stuff, but someone might be able to demenstrate the ability you are talking about. The problem I see is that a positive result could also be accomplished with either far seeing or mind reading. |

not sure if you read it or not, but one of the best books i ever read on astral projection was by a man called oliver fox, astral projection: a record of out of body experiences, be amazed wat u can learn from the older books! for 1 fact! we all know the state we project from is sleep paralysis , this has not always been so, back in the day when no body really cared about astral projection, the state was actually called astral catalepsy, i personally do not like how terms/words be change and the old lost, most importently i dont think anyone noticed |

If you want to be real technical I suppose that would be a test of Remote Viewing. I've had some amount of success with those experiments myself, but also some failure. Subjective manipulation of the environment appears to be enhanced when one is remote viewing/astral projecting. |

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.
