and now I wonder if "Our-Dreaming-Mind" is encouraging me to use "hemisync" to try and lucid dream. As you know I don't lucid dream. But them Blue Angels remind me of intrepid Lucid Dreamers .

It is 3:33am and just woke from first nightmare in decades.

Was walking home through back streets of (unknown) city.*

As I was climbing outside stairs to my apartment I noticed groups of 2 and 3 standing around on street, glancing at me.

As I came inside I was feeling a little scared and said to my family, of many, wearing blue tops,

"please! Don't go out side tonight. There are teams of people in red spoiling for a fight. Please just stay inside till it passes".

But, somehow, it didn't sunrise me that all of my very big family left the large highrise apartment building to fight the red's on the street.

Then a.third gang, all Negro's, male and female came into my families highrise, (after all my family had gone). They didn't want much. They all just wanted me to join there black-gang, and fight on there side as one of them.

I felt my only choice was to say "No" and stick to my guns. If I wavered I'd be stuck among a group of people that I didn't want to be with forever. Like, if I.pretended to join them, just to stop them hurting me then I'd be permenately stuck in a war with this darkskined gang and would have betrayed my own family.

I had a gun in my hand. It was from Sean Lee's blog, "timeisnotlinea.com".

I visited there for the first time last night.

I used the butt, cos I didn't want to shoot or kill anyone. I kept sacking the skinny brown shoulders of this Negro. He was being hurt, and I felt.sorry for him, but he was not going to quit.

I realised that, sad as THEY were about it, they were determined that I join them or Die. Them was the only options.

They pushed me higher and higher up the scaffolding of this building, till I was very alone and scared.

I looked down. It was a long way down. They intended to murder me.

I knew I had to die to stay free.

God, was my freedom worth dying for (!!!!!?!!!!!)

No! They were not going to force me to join them and fight with them, as one of them.

They were sad for me but them's the rules and I was bundled into an open cart and the cart was sent hurtling down a long steep rocky mountain to a.dump.

Then I was watching me on the cart, hurtling to my doom.

Then woke-up.3:33am.

This was my first attempt at dreaming off being with you guys at the pyramid*

It is now 4:39am Saturday 13/ Aug/11 here in Adelaide, South Australia.

The "Adelaide City" is Adelaide city's weekly, local, free paper. It didn't get delivered to my boarding house on Wednesday like it usually is. Just now I went to the shop and bought a meat pie for lunch and grabbed the free local paper.

Look at it. It say's "The show must go on" Cabaret tribute to fallen stars (my lovely BobV) page 4.

Life of pies page 6. I bought a pie then grabbed this news paper.

I dreamt of our beach at last.

Then music was ringing through my head and now I am crying.

The dream

People were showing me how to fish for food. A young man was using a long piece of string and throwing it a long way into the ocean. Then I saw, things that looked like squarish flat-bread surfing in with the tide. I ran out to grab two loafs of flat bread (unleavened bread) one in each hand.

I saw brain-like thingies coming in too. I asked if I could collect the brains too but the fisherman said ooo no they're living. The flat-bread is for eating.

Then I walked around to a small quiet, private place on the beach, near the water. The dune came very close to the sea and there was an unusual plant growing on the dune.

The plant did not have roots in the dune but had above ground vine-like roots interconnecting. There were some thin grean leaves and long thin blue flowers.

I woke up relaxed

Then two songs came singing through my ming. The first made me cry (real tears) the line
Bread of Heaven feed me Till I Want no more made me cry. It was message one from the "Beach Dream"

Sooo dream lonely that I stuk 40 pictures in huge envelopes and lukydip one at a time and stick it behind my door.

Night before it dropped off my door in the middle of the night waking me up.

When I picked it off the floor next morning and looked instde .... it was empty ... I lukydipped from the wrong pile.

So yesterday I lukydipped from the right pile and stuck it up behind the door.

This morning (after 11 hours sleep) I woke up out of garden variety dreams about my life .... boooring.

I guess the youngsters on this wonderful forum cannot understand the power of love. Too young. So right now they can't, yet, understand that powerful (sexless) love opens the portal to mutual dreaming and then the dream continues into the waking world through synchronicities.

Music that takes you into deep daydreams (deep revery) causes oxytocin and other sweet chemicals to flood the brain and body.

If we think of those we want to mutual dream with during these ecstatic brain conditions ... even as metaphors (like avatar pictures) then we connect in wonderfull non-lucid dreams. Followed by those wonderful dreams-expanding into waking-life as amazing synchronicities.

There are only two ways I can think of to successfully have a shared dream.

The first way;;;; I would keep the group small like around five people at first. You must select a person in the group that has had the greatest number of astral projections or sleep paralysis experiences. Once the person is known you will need to call upon them in meditation. example of a call: powessy from dreamviews.com find my mind find my mind. Try to only focus on the name and the words you will know if a connection is made if you feel someone touching your crown. The trick is to become yourself inside yourself the most you can to just feel your soul. You can try this with my user name if you want. I will copy my procedure to exiting the body here.

I start out by just realizing my intent to get out of body prior to laying down. When I lay down I lay flat on my back. I always sleep with a sheet or blanket over me. I place my feet together and raise them up and pull the blanket loosely under my my legs so my feet stay together and perpendicular to the bed this is important. I take my hands and interweave them but loosely placing them somewhere between my navel and chest, palms down relaxed. I make sure my elbows are pointed outward as far as possible releasing any kind of pressure on my hands and fingers.

There are seven points of observation that you must understand. The first is the feet relax them and then move upward, second and third slow your breathing and your heart rate, forth relax your whole body on exhale slowing your breathing. Five do not close your eyes for nothing you will fall asleep. six is the place at the back of the neck and where it meets the shoulders relax here and then the head feeling the weight of your head in the pillow. By this point you should not feel your feet very well anymore and your hands should almost feel connected and inseparable. The last point is the pelvis relax and then move back through.

Start at the feet again and move upwards again, important do not close your eyes, roll them in the back of your head if you have to.

The eyes are only a distraction to allow your mind to stop concentrating on the method. Soon your mind will just stop and you will fall into phase and then out this will happen several times and then you will either exit or you will sleep better then you ever have. Mind awake body asleep


The second method:

In the veil there are those i refer to as sparteil. I would say this site has many of them lingering around those here. This is likely the best method but one that you need to understand. The sparteil is inside of its mind trapped. The sparteil find minds and they are very good at this. Again a connection needs to be made with it, and you will know when it enters into your dream. The sparteil will induce sleep paralysis and then pull you into it's mind. When you are in there you will become something else and it will be hard to figure things out. It's like having my mind and your mind together as you enter into the thing inside of it to enter into its mind. Now you can specify your dream goal by trying to imagine it in it's mind the dream sequence should change and the beach should appear. Now your beach will have others there none of which will be familiar to you. You can try to imagine yourself before the experience ends to give yourself a face. The group has to be only a few and has to be talking and aware of each other even if it is only a user name the sparteil will find you. Now the sparteil will collect information about you but only what it can find in your minds mind. You can send information between you and it and the others in the group.
Write down and try to memorize all members of the group so these names are in your mind and it will start to find you all.

I do not believe that the sparteil following many here are badly done just confused. Do not be frightened of sleep paralysis just lay back into it and go for the ride. The more times this happens the more you will become yourself inside of it to be yourself but as a copy of you.

After writing down the above sequence of my exit routine in aanother thread, I was immediately at nap pulled into a sparteil that induced sleep paralysis on me. The experience was full of people that had to of been from here as many were discussing dreams and out of body experiences. I had met several people and talk to them but people I have never met before.

Any questions I will try to answer I am not good at trying to explain this but will do my best.
