Entering a VR without lucid dream so that you can do it even if you are not sleepy

      Hello.
I think I heard of some people that you can enter some kind of virtual world without lucid dreaming like you create a realm and enter it.
There is a difference between imagining being in something and really being in it but I think those people claimed that they really enter it.
Can you do that by day dreaming, if so how?
If that's possible does anyone know how to do this?

I don't know about all your questions, but I can enter a lucid dream from a detailed day dream. I call it dream seeding. Basically I use a lot of creative visualization with a storyline and end up falling asleep and continuing with a lucid dream based off of my daydream theme.

Kadie: kan you whenever you want in the day sit down and start daydreaming and if you want turn it into a LD? or do you mean that you just do a very detailed daydream that you then pick up when you go to sleep ?

^ I have only tried it at night/ bedtime. I think I could do it at other times if I meditated first.
As an example, for some of the games that were played here in the past participants would be asked to go to a bar on the moon and take the moon bus to get there. So I begin to visualize a yellow bus with people climbing aboard. Use lots of details. I would associate certain people on the bus with people here from dream views so that later, when sleeping, I would recognize them.
I remember the last time I tried it, I never made it to the moon in LD, but ended up in a forrest with the people from the bus in a full but brief lucid dream.

My question was that can you enter some kind of thing like a lucid dream even when you are not sleepy (like in day for most people), so that you can enter some kind of thing like a lucid dream at anytime?
      I asked Sensei about that:

Woah, I really would like to be able to do this. I'd love to be able to "anti-meditate", focusing on just my inner visualizations, leaving the senses apart. The thing is that when I'm meditating, I'm fully aware of my body and senses and I cannot let go. Even worse, that happens to me a lot during WILD.
Waking up every day with a beam of the moonlight in my eye
Stimulate my consciousness with the focus of my mind
I've got to take myself back to the feeling of eternally breaking free
Knowing that my body's motionless and still asleep
