Sivason did rather well on this one, I think. There is clearly a horizon as a dividing line, blue and white(ish) are dominant colours, and there is a whole lot of living things in it.

I must have gotten the picture up-side-down. In that case, the light blue colour is actually in the foreground, there is a dividing line, although not separating sea from land, but sky from land, and there is (sort of) a row of something on the land-side of the picture, although not buildings, but naturally created structures. (The funny thing is that I saw these structures as rather triangular and pointed upwards. And the rock formations are kind of triangular, but they don't point upwards but downwards, if the picture is seen upsidedown).

EbbTide000's conversations are likely going on under all the many balloons, but the lines "Drifting through a summer breeze, It's a groovy night and I can show you how to use it" seem especially appropriate for the scene.
