    Dark_Merlin's Dream Journal

This is where i'll be posting my dream journal online, in a hope to increase my tendency to remember more dreams, and clearer.

I write all my dreams in a small exercise book under my pillow, and will post them up on here every day or two

I hope to delve into more than just control over my dreams, but finding an understanding about life and keep walking the path of awakening.

If you have advice to give me, I would be ever willing to accept help, a guiding hand would make a great difference for me

    1. The Game

This was another one of the 'game within a dream' kind of dreams, where my perspective shifts from me playing the game and talking to people around me, to being the character inside the game. Always fun to wake up from these ones.

It was the future, everywhere I looked there were tall, grey buildings surrounding me. It reminded me a lot of Deus Ex in regards to the setting, but the plot I believe was something of an RPG. I played through the game once, knowing the plot. I talked to dad multiple times during this, we were in a large cafe or restaurant, which now that I think about it is actually quite similar to a restaurant I've seen in many of my dreams before, though never visited. It was sunny, and I was playing on a laptop on a small, round table. I've had quite a few dreams here, though never noticed until now.

I decided to play through again, and I remember being in the perspective of the character. I was trying to go as fast as I could, trying to play through as fast as I could. I was sprinting at incredible speeds, bouncing off of walls and jumping through doors. One scene I remember vividly is a ledge, next to a large hole that has been blown into a wall. Inside there is a short man who looked a bit like a gnome. The room inside was lit by a large drum-fire. I sprinted and jumped up and right through the hole in the wall.
