lucid

I slept fitfully last night. At one point I enter into sleep paralysis. Instead of yielding to the natural urge to fight it, I let go, as I am now accustomed to doing. I let the full body virbrations over power me and I quickly "slip through". I am now in a forest and this is the hunger games. I tell myself I am dreaming and fly up to a night sky with a view of deep space. I lose focus and float down. Someone wants my help. I think that I am awake now. I tell myself as soon as this is done I will go back to my dream. I am "holding the dream inside me". I feel as if it is a physical thing in my chest. I hold on to it for some time as I run along a forest path behind some girl. Somewhere along the way ( maybe I get bored) I lose all traces of lucidity and cannot remember anything else.

I could not move and I called my mom to come even though I knew my Fiancee was lying next to me. She came and was trying to force my top jaw to open. I was wrong and hurt. I became mad. Then I woke up and did not move. I went Straight into sleep paralysis and had vibrations and sound. I had the initial fear but remembered to relax. The vibrations felt like a limb that was a sleep and was now getting circulation but there was no pain. The sound was like wet rubber rubbing against itself over layed with loud ringing of the ears. After a few seconds, I then came out of my body. I went in and put of my body and got stuck on the ceiling every time. Every time I slid out I felt the vibrations go away from the top of my head down to my toes. It was like I literally was sliding out. Every time I slammed back I started the vibrations and sounds all over like before. I did this I think four or five times total. I heard a voice say "not to far, come back". I thought I sensed a tether from belly button to belly button at some point. I had some fear that I would wonder too far and not get back. I tried to think of what I wanted to dream about and be lucid. I thought I would fly but that's what I always do so I decided to find a dream guide. But when I opened my eyes all I could see was the dimly lit bedroom. I tried to grab the ceiling fan once but felt my hand grab the sheet and jumped back into my body. One time I looked down and saw my body laying in the bed. It was hard to see myself because the room was dark but I could make out my legs out of the blankets and see my face in the glow of the light from the humidifier next to me on the end table. The whole time there was a ghostly phantom image of a woman floating ceiling level. She was attractive and I thought maybe I would have sex with her but realized it was wrong and a waste of time. It looked like she was sitting behind a desk and was silently conversing with someone to the left of me. I never bothered to look over at the other person. It was like they where observing me. I finally woke for good when the cat moved.

Are OBE's real or just dreams?

I am living with Jack Black and I something happens were not getting along. I think maybe he has physiological problems. My mom comes I talk to her about it. Then I go outside and find him tied up. We have to go get the guy that did it.
Something happens at this point I realize I am dreaming.
I find myself in a large room of people. I am walking down the hallway to go in the room and I am telling myself I am dreaming. I feel my hand rub together and I think I should do something funny to scare all the people. I decide to hover and fly in and. I make my face as distorted and scary as I can imagine. I feel my teeth grow huge fangs. I fly in and make an inhuman roar. EVERYONE in the room screams and runs away. The room is totaly empty. I think geez I guess I over did it. I laugh. I walk around the building. And realize I am in a mega church. Everyone everywhere has ran away.
Then the dream shifts and I find myself in the middle of some church play. Its confusing. I see people from tx that I haven seen in years. I am walking down the hallway again and I remember I am dreaming.
I remember that I decided to create a light-saber. I look at my hand but its empty. I keep trying to imagine a light-saber hilt. nothing. I see a mirror and try again. The room gets dark and I see myself with a red light-saber. I twirl it and spin it around like in the movies with all the sound effects. Then I see someone else come at me with a green light-saber. We clash for a moments. The figure fades away then back. It has no light-saber. I wonder where it went. I guess it threw it. I hear it coming. I put my light-saber hover my head behind my back. I deflect the figures light-saber at the last second. Then I force throw my own light-saber at the robbed figure. I see mine past right through with no damage. Like it was a ghost. I see him clearly now. It is a dark skinned man with a green and white robe. He is just standing there calmly with arms crossed in a very sage like stance. I see my light saber return to me but I realize I have no idea how to catch it without getting injured. I see the blade pass through me. There is no pain or sensation. Everything goes black. Death by my own light-saber. What a shame.;)

I was arguing with rachel about something. I am getting pissed. She is hear to get the kids. But I am talking to her from upstairs on video chat on the computer. The screen goes black so I go down stairs. I push through crap piled on the stairs. She is gone. I wonder if she didn't want to see Alysha.

Now we are (Alysha) driving in a truck. It is day time. But I instinctively know its in the middle of the night. (Dreamsign) I look at the clock and it is 1:28 am. I see tent set up for tornado victims. People are out and about.
We pull over and it is suddenly dark. I make note of this as odd but I don't catch on yet. I have a flimsy hang glider and I am going to the lucid caves. I am a little lucid now. My hang glider is like a kite. It pulls me up but I get hung on a tree. Alysha helps me. I see a helicopter and we get in the truck. Its past curfew. We duck in the seat and the helicopter passes slowly over. I think we are fine and it comes back taking pictures. I smile for the camera. Then a different on comes back and launches a missile at us. I drive the truck away down the street. I see a old man with a dog. I notices the helicopter did not follow so I turn around back the way we came.

We are now in cave that is military controlled. It is the lucid cave and I am 90% lucid. Alysha is
Sitting in a chair and there is a officer behind a desk. I say watch this. I walk through the back door and yell at the high ranking officer. I tell him I need a lot of beer and a fast car. Or maybe a jet plane. He nods and I walk back to Alysha smiling. I told her what I said. She looks at me funny. So I tell her its ok. I know this is a dream. Yea we are dreaming. My speak is getting slurred like I am drunk. I feel myself wake up.

I don't move and keep my eyes closed. I quickly go into sleep paralysis and have a WILD. At one point. I feel my arms move and I try to lift my head. I feel like I am lifting out of my physical body but like the other day I get stuck half way. I am almost in the dream. I feel my head push through. And I feel the point past my body were the vibrations stop. It feels like I am leaving my body. The whole time I feel like there is a presence to my left. I am a little creaped out but I know its part of the illusion of SP. I think about the movement technique and try to just feel like my body is sliding out. I feel my hands let loose I am writting. I think I say. Lucid cave. Lucid cave. The presence on my left speaks... something. A question? I tell it I was having a lucid dream. I feel like Alysha can hear me. I feel my hands writting lucid cave. I say more forcefully. I think I see words on the picture. I think I am in the dream so I open my eyes and I see my dark room. I try again. [/COLOR]

Vibrations. Sliding. It works. I enter a dream but I forget and I am not lucid.
I am sitting in a desk. I have a wrighting on a colored pencil drawing. It looks unfinished and there are caves. A man yells private come here. He is talking to me. I am in a classroom. He tells me to get out. I walk out the door down a hall. I realize I need to know why he did that. There is a hand written note that read: "No military personnel allowed. Especially privates. Turn around and go away"

I wake up. I try to re-enter the dream but I am wide awake.

I successfully preformed a WILD but I don't remember any SP.
I am fully lucid with Alysha. I am trying to convince her that we are dreaming. I tell her to watch. I poke my finger into a wall and sink it into it. I felt like stiff jello.
I push my arm all the way in and then my body until I go all the way through. I see a couple at a table eating. They are mildly surprised. I turn back through the actual door way and Alysha is gone. I call her name but I can't find her. I keep telling myself its a dream. I poke my finger through my forearm. I take a lady by the arm arm poke my finger through it. Then I decide to rip her arm off. She freaks but I tell her to relax its a dream and it will grow back. I feel the urge to pee. And I'm upset because I do.t want to stop dreaming. I go outside and see a door to a bathroom. I almost go pee but I stop myself because I know I will pee the bed. I see Tim go in and he tells me its OK to pee. I force myself to forget about it. I decide to fly away. I float up but there is a wall and a ceiling outside. I drop back down and go through the wall. I am in a wide open flat plain with an over cast sky. It is very beautiful. Float up and take off fast. I'm still lucid. I try to go into the clouds and above but I lose my self and I feel like I. I focus on the dream and go back down. I try again. This time I make it past and see the sun but I start to wake up.I find myself just kind of floating in black in-between waking and dreaming. I focus and find myself lying on the ground. I am still lucid. I look round and see an old western style town. All the buildings are intact but completely burned out. I decide to experiment with teleportation. I point to a spot and a black hole appears on the ground. I say cool. I dip my hand in and it looks like a liquid. Hysol from work. Black and thick but runs off like water. I dive in and I get stuck. I worry that I can't breath but I know its a dream and I take a deep breath. I swim down and gravity shifts to right side up. I am in a wall with wood two by fours. I am disappointed but realize I wasn't expecting anything. I feel the urge to pee but ignore it. The walls are closing in on me and I feel lost in amaze. I push the walls wider. I see a door and before I open it. I ask myself what do I want to see. I think medieval times. I open it and it and I think king Arthur. The town looks sort of medieval but the closer I get the more modern it is. I see a skyscraper in try to force it to be a castle. No luck. I walk on. I can hear the air freshener go off in my room. I look around but don't wake. I hear a snore but it sounded like a giant stopping. I don't want to see that. I find myself in a shopping promenade with a fountain. I really need to wake up and go pee. I feel like this is a very long dream and want wake up. I say wake up and I close my eyes. But I can't. So I lat down and some lady comes and wants to kiss me. She smells like peach air freshener. I decide to see if I send a text to Alysha in a dream if she can get it in real life. I am trying to text "I am in a dream". The words get blurry and I lose focus. I wake up and finally get to pee.

I woke after nine hours of sleep. I had zero recall. I had an hour before I just had to get up so I tried to dream some more. My mind was racing with thoughts and I couldn't fall back to sleep. So I did a few minutes of meditation to relax and quiet my mind. Then I started my "I am dreaming" mantra. I had a though about a haunted tour my fiancée told me about but I pushed it aside. I think my consciousness split for a few minutes. I also had a thought wondering if WILD could actually happen. I was doubtful. Then I had a thought of a ghost or demon or something coming for me. I wanted to run but I was paralysed. Then I remembered myself and said no I must be about to dream.

I was indeed in SP. I felt all tingling and twitchy. I told myself I didn't care about whatever was coming it wasn't real. I relaxed and in a few seconds my body became calm. I partially opened my eyes. I could see a brightly lit window. Somehow I mistook this for reality. I did not expect to enter the dream like a FA. So not realising I was dreaming I closed my eyes again. I felt very disappoint. I felt a few twitches of SP and then.... I don't know. Memory gap. I had given up. Next time I will know what to expect!

I vaguely remember getting up and seeing myself dressed with crazy bed hair.

I remember fragments of being in a building at night. Some strange workplace. Using keys on doors. Bruce from where I really work.

Then I was in my ex in laws living room. We had just watched some movie about long haired gerbils with my kids. Their grandmother and grandfather were watching it too. She said to him

"You know what they are selling at the pet store now don't you?"

"What? Long haired gerbils?"

"Yep!"

I wake up.

I doubt I had a true WILD. I did sort of forget myself before the SP. Is this a normal WILD experience?

Amanda visits with a woman and a man. *I feel groggy and tired. I couldn't see well. I am half asleep like I couldn't wake up. We walk out back and had some conversation. We go back in and*
She uses my laptop. She and the strangers are sitting on the red couch that used to be there in the living room. *I go back to bed. I get restless and get up and walk down the hallway.**I try to walk to her and flop on the floor.*I ask what she did to me.*
I am suddenly back in bed and she is standing over me *She rudely hisses in my ear "I don't know if she did anything. But I'll try to make a cure. I can't promise"
I say "thank you"
I close my eyes.*
I feel sp and I think there is nothing else I can do so I give into the sensations of vibrations and tingling and create a fantasy. I bounce back and forth from dream levels. I create a scene outside. I own my eyes in level one. And I see the room but my vision is tinted red. I close my dream eyes
I am lucid. *
I am outside. I look around a field and look up and the starry sky. I begone to fly. I create a war scene. I swoop down and shoot the enemy on the ground with a machine gun. Some shoot back but they all miss. *The scene changes *i am flying over a city at night.*The scene changes to a snow covered and barren place. I continue to fly. I look for interesting structures to explore. I am kissing my flying ability. *I begin bouncing instead. I get bored. I turn around and see a huge moon with 3 smaller identical moons around it.i tell myself that I am dreaming. There is a foggy mist. I think I want to go to the moon. The mist becomes so thick I cannot see. I am afraid I will wake up. I turn back. The scene is now grassy with trees. I bounce around some more.*
I see a police woman.*She is heavy set and butch but also pretty.*
She follows me laughing.*
I am still lucid but think I am really outside running around like a mad man.*
I ask her if I am dreaming knowing I am. She laughs and says no.*
I bounce over a fence and sneak in my house. I lay on the couch and pretend to be sleeping.*Then she comes in and I pull the blanket over my head.*
She looks at pics on my phone and says
Ah ha I got you
I tell her about the dream
Then I am on street
A motorcycle cop woman pulls up in a strange chopper with glass cab
It is*The first woman in my dream. Amanda but older. *I think it is someone I fell in love with in a dream but now she is her and real.
She knows me too.*We are excited to see each other.*We make out
Dream shifts
Vague. I am thinking about my dream. Kids are around
I thunk it would be nice if my iPhone could take real pictures in dreams.*
Some other stuff
Wake up.*

I was in department store shopping for clothes. There were some guys in there cutting up and making fun of people. I just ignored them as best I could. Then I see my ex and ignore her too. Then she's suddenly in front of me wanting me to hold her. I try to avoid but moves too fast. Then I give in. I think of A and wonder about her. This is not right. [COLOR="blue"]Then I realized it was a dream anyway[/COLOR] and started making out with her and taking clothes off. My mind warped us to a private place on a bed. Then suddenly she says "no nope not going to do this." and started to get her clothes back on. I wake up.
