    Weird.

    I only recall one dream fragment from last night. I was with my grandma, doing some sort of volunteer work. We were with other family members. She started crying, and we found out that my grandpa died. Very sad. I woke up after that. My grandpa actually passed away a few years back, so it was weird that I sorta relived that when it's been so long.

      I think that is a very good sign that you are experiencing this again. The dreams are actually helping you to find more acceptance and peace. To be touch in with her grief is so healing and shows how much you understand. For me this is what dreams are about, not just adventures but actually helping us in our daily life. Well done.

      Thank you. That's a really good way of looking at it, and I really appreciate that. It makes a lot of sense, too. It was a hard time for our whole family. And I agree, too. It's wonderful when a dream can help your reality.
