    1/20/12 No Dream Recall (Non-lucid)

    NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

    No dream recall. I even woke up probably 30 minutes or so before the two alarms I set to wake myself up (I'm still having the fear again of waking up late to only have like 15 minutes to get to my class.

    Today is a friday, so after the two classes I have in the morning, that pillow will be slept on for a nap after!

    I know I could've recalled some dreams because I woke up naturally, but I decided not to for once.

    I feel kind of sad for doing that, but at the same time, I just have to learn that if I can't do it, I can't do it. I might remember it later on, but eh.

      Hm, I have to change my sleep hours dramatically or the right word is to 'rearrange' them. May be it will be the same with me, we'll see. I'm desperately trying to learn to sleep during the day.

      I hope you find the ideal time. I now know what I have to do to at least get some dreams in.

      Good luck! And don't sleep during the day if it'll affect with work, but that's just me.
