    1. Experiment - Sleep Routine

      Notes: It all happened with an impromptu WBTB, through a technique I haven't experienced previously. When I finally got back to sleep, instead of doing a RC I checked to see if I was sleeping. Checking my breathing and eyes I could detect that in RL that they had been functioning as if I was asleep. That thought about "was I sleeping" triggered 6 different LDs this morning.

      Notes: Stabilization was a problem, tried looking at my hands and spinning but didn't work

      BTW: Zeo sleep manager closed it's doors, so no more fancy sleep charts.
