Sleep Score: 71 Lucid Dreams: 6 Notes: It all happened with an impromptu WBTB, through a technique I haven't experienced previously. When I finally got back to sleep, instead of doing a RC I checked to see if I was sleeping. Checking my breathing and eyes I could detect that in RL that they had been functioning as if I was asleep. That thought about "was I sleeping" triggered 6 different LDs this morning.

Sleep Score: 64 Lucid Dreams: 1 (early morning 6:30 AM) Notes: Stabilization was a problem, tried looking at my hands and spinning but didn't work BTW: Zeo sleep manager closed it's doors, so no more fancy sleep charts.
