    Welcome to iFaTaL's WILD Group



    Here is where our group will discuss our WILD attempts and fails. Our experiences through sleep paralysis or transitioning into a WILD. Share any interesting WILD experiences you encounter while try to WILD so we can learn from your mistakes and problems (if any) or learn from your success.

      I just had a nap and fell asleep while trying to WILD. I was really tired and what Katsuno said is right. You can't be to tired because you will just lose concentration and pass out. I think im going to have to find the right balance. If your to awake when you try to concentrate you wont fall asleep. And if your to tired you will just fall asleep.

      well for my wbtb i was just going to go to the bathroom, but i have a new idea. since i want my body asleep, mind awake, i shouldnt use my body, but activate my mind as much as possibe. so tonight ill leave a heavy duty math problem on my nightstand, and when i wake up ill solve it from bed to wake me up. this might even make a better lucid if i have the parts of my brain for math active.

      Maybe if we try to wild when we are really tired but some how stay conscience because I find that the more tired i am, the more my mind will wander.

      And siuol do you have an iPad, iPhone or touch? Because I have an app on my iPad called night stand.

      Also guys how many members do you think the group should have? Do you think wehave enough or do you think we should have a couple more?

      thats the whole balance thing, if your really tired you wont be able to stay up. i try and fail, and it happens quickly and i dont realize it, thats why im going to try the math problem. anyway i have an ipod touch, but im talking about the actual nightstand i keep by my bed, not the app.

      I don't think we need more members, but if we do get more I don't think more than like 8 would be a good idea.

      Yeah I think we are set for now. I haven't see raspberry post for awhile if she doesn't for the next couple of days I might have to kick her because there are other people who want to join.

      True but we have been discussing wilding all day and she has hasn't joined in. I have seen her post around the forum so it's not like she isn't online.

      There are also a person who would want to join the group but I told him no because we already have a lot of members

      I tried Wild last night without success I had to get up early because of school and I woke up just about 10 minutes before my alarm went up. I didn't knew it was that late so I tried to Wild but when I finally got relaxed my alarm went off -.-
      Well I'm going to bed earlier tonight and try a wbtb meditation Wild.

      I tried one last night and was extremely tired, but I couldn't get anything. I used to be able to get somewhere
      even with thinking about it. I don't know what is going on, but I'm going to keep trying. Maybe try weeding out
      some things it could be the instant coffee I recently had to switch to because I ran out of the real stuff. lol.
      It was about that time... idk we'll see.

      I just tried a couple minutes ago and I only got as far as numbness in my hands. No SP.

      I woke up at three and tried to WILD but fell asleep. Nothing really interesting to report from me. Im going to try to nap wild today and wbtb wild again tonight, but then I wont try to WILD again til thursday.

      This is frustrating. From my three wilds I wasnt trying to wild.. well the last one I was but I had given up and it happened. The thing I want to do is replicate this and not try to WILD, while trying to wild. If that makes any sense. I mean how am I not supposed to think about WILDing when i'm trying to do it.

      Yeah I know what you mean Refrain. I've read in a tutorial that you should wild with the intention to fall asleep and you should keep your mind busy while doing that
      When I had my last Wild I tried that and to keep my mind busy I imagined a dream that I wanna have. I totally lost myself in it and when I got my thoughts back on my body I was already in full sp without noticing.
      Hmm maybe Wild is easy but we make it hard

      I think maybe I have some sort of deficiency or excess. Because I used to be able to get an epic experience
      form a WILD attempt even without success but now I can barely get my limbs numb. Also I've recently had
      some mild insomnia so I think I will pay a visit to my university's health services / wellness center and see
      what they think. ( not mentioning WILD of course )

      Hey guys I am here, my panel isn't updating me when you guys post.

      I tried to WILD. I got six hours sleep before my attempt, but no luck I didn't stay up long enough so after awhile I just passed out. Next time I'll stay up longer and stretch out more as I tend to get very tense.

      I'm a lot better at WILDing during naps. I'm not so tired, and focus on my breathing. This sends flashes of dreams into my head, and I feel as though my heads fuzzing over and getting sucked into something. That's usually where I lose it though.

      I don't really feel SP. I can relax very well as long as I stretch out, and then my body just becomes very, very numb. Eventually it gets very heavy feeling, not sure if it's SP though.

      iFatal - Too bad! I hate it when something like that happens. I yawn a lot during WBTBs and it's hard to push them down.

      Raspberry, that isn't sp. But you're close. I've gotten there once. Your entire body will get this feeling of
      pressure and weight and you will get "vibrations" that feel sort of like your heartbeat resonating throughout
      your body. I think you're close. Good Luck

      I tried to WILD just now. About twenty minutes in I fell asleep and woke up again and continued to tried wilding and I realized I had already fell asleep -.-

      complete and utter failure describes my attempt today. oh and idk if i got into sp a while back but i was relaxed and still listening to either isochronic tones or binaural beats, forgot which, and it felt like i got sucked into myself and i felt a wierd tingling vibration in my lower stomach, that got pretty intense, i thought i was going to wild but i ended up just sitting in that state untill i gave up.

      Ive heard alot of things about what to do when you get to that point. Now I'm not speaking
      from experience, but what I've heard is that you start visualizing a dream at this point or
      think of yourself falling through the bed etc... There may have been something about imagining
      you dream body separating and floating up. I also read something about focusing on the pineal
      gland in your brain ( located near your forehead ) and sort of thinking about stimulating it as it
      releases some hormone that plays a key part in dreaming. That actually seemed to get me closer
      a few times.
