Lucid-Wannabe's Dream Journal

(This is from yesterday, 12/26/2023)

Dream 1

I’m sitting on a beach with a towel in front of me spread out on the ground. On it I have an assortment of silverware organized with forks, spoons and butter knives - set beside each other as if they were in a silverware drawer. I also have some painkillers such as Tylenol and Aleve in their bottles beneath the silverware.



Tyler is jogging by me and pauses to let me know that he wants to purchase all of the silverware at $900 a piece and to hold it for him when he finishes his jog.


Dream 2


I’m on a small boat with some other people as well, it ended up getting flooded and we needed to return to shore to empty the water from it. As we’re backing into the shore I notice that we are actually backing up in a large pickup truck and the boat is in the bed of the truck (even though the boat was much larger than this previously)

Under the boat on the bed of the truck is a large plastic sheet with little pouches. A woman gives me a piece of lingerie that needs to go into one of the pouches for some reason so I put it into the requested one.


Dream 3

I’m on a boat again and some of the people there include two women that have begun a relationship and previous to this boat ride did not know each other. They were arguing and the darker haired lady wanted to break up. The lighter haired woman took a closed shell gift that was gifted to her previously by the other woman and broke it on the ground - there were some tiny shell fragments inside it that smelled like pine and she said “So this didn’t even actually smell like pine after all huh?” The darker woman responded explaining how the smell of pine is the combination of many micro-organisms working together and that neither the pine tree nor this shell can completely own the smell of pine.

After this the darker haired woman was hitting on me.


Dream 4

Jesse, James and Rohan are running across little skyscrapers - almost a post apocalyptic sort of setting where buildings are hap-hazardly stacked on other buildings. Half way down the building they are standing on there is a narrow boat jutting out of it. Jesse looks quite old with a long white beard.

Jesse jumps from the top of the building, gains a lot of speed while in free fall and then lands violently on the boat.

It was hard to see what happened when he landed as I was on top of another building quite far away, but I now have access to video footage that was tracking him as he landed, it was zoomed in and in extremely-slow motion.

I scrub the video to the point of impact, I watch him slowly begin his landing on the boat and then his feet land and the force of him stopping so hard begins to pull all of his skin downward fighting against his skeleton which came to a complete stop. The skin on the top of his head splits open and his skin slides off his entire body revealing another version of Jesse underneath from 20 years ago or so - the one I am more familiar with.

James and Rohan on the other hand were still standing at the spot Jesse jumped from in disbelief, James found an alternate path to get down to the boat and Rohan followed.


Dream 5

I’m sitting at a table with a bunch of google next/alexa style devices with Tyler and his family. We’re talking about ChatGPT and notice that one of these devices uses ChatGPT. I talk about having a different model of one of these devices.

One of the girls is talking about just how much she uses ChatGPT. I then mention how going back to one of these normal AI assistants is pretty bad after getting used to ChatGPT.


Dream 6

A lady in her 40’s or 50’s on the lower deck of a boat is unhappy about aging. She speaks about how she wonders if her face will generally look the same from now on and mentions that her co-workers have been complimenting her face recently.

She seems overall unhappy with herself and generally sad. Her husband stands nearby but doesn’t say anything. They remind me of Rose/Rich.


Dream 7 (fragment)

I’m trapped beneath a boat underwater. I seem to be pushed against the hull of the boat, maybe because it was accelerating quickly and I was closer to the nose of it.

I drag my fingernail along the hull and notice it’s waxy. It’s very firm, but it comes across as a high tension, inflated stiff object rather than a wooden or metal hull - even though in appearance it looks like some typical boat material.
