NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID
Fourth night in a row with +6 dreams recalled. I think I am getting into my goal of 5-6 dreams recalled per single night. I've been recalling a minimum of 2-3 dreams for over a month! So I am super happy. Not the best night dream-wise though.
First of the night.
I was lying down in my bed and I could see perfectly. I was wearing my total blackness glasses so it had to be a dream to be able to see through them. I heard a voice that whispered in my ear, "You are a genius" I then, was able to see in a 360 degrees radius like if it was an Astral Projection. I suddenly saw a black shadow, it was more of a presence rather than a shadow. I guess it was a dream and not an Astral Projection because it did not feel like in an Astral Projection. It did not feel either like in my regular lucids. But I was fully conscious that I was not awake. I could not move from bed. The shadow did not want to attack me, it was just there, walking up and down my room. I decided to wake myself up. I knew I was not in a REM so it would end soon anyway.
I had a false awakening. I was still paralyzed but I could still see through my glasses. Not as clearly as in the lucid or whatever-it-was. It was not as if I had no glasses like in the lucid, but I could see the shape of my hand. I was bugged and I took my glasses off. I was awakened...
This was very odd. I am very focused in increasing my regular recall from 3-4 dreams a night to 5-6 a night. I am also focused in getting at least one lucid per night or every two nights (so far so good) and also I am focused in Astral Projection. I have been thinking about dream sharing as well. However, as soon as I went to bed, I felt tired so I just planned to fall asleep. I did not attempt WILD nor Astral Projection. I know I was meditating and I fell asleep instantly. I also asked my wife in the morning and she confirmed me I fell asleep as soon as I touched the pillow, so it was not a massive Hypnagogic Hallucition.
