    4 for 4

So I don't even need to Meditate for 20 or 30 minutes before going back to sleep. I just need to lie in bed with a quiet, in-the-moment, awareness of the world around me; in other words, "Here & Now."

This is because when I fall asleep, my mind attempts to put me under hypnosis or I guess hypnagogic imagery hence all noise of random thoughts. By being acutely aware and in the moment, I am forced to quiet my mind and fight off the hypnosis thus enabling me to immediately enter a lucid dream.

I always start in my room.
