How do i open portals in dreams

I saw a thread similar to this before posting, but it didn't ask my exact question. Its pretty simple. I just want to know how to open a portal in a dream. I've never been able to do it. I know if you "KNOW" its going to take you somewhere it will, but its not enough for me. Is there a technique for it, or is it all in what you believe. If there is a technique i would be grateful. I'm tired of being limited in my dreams in terms of where i want to be.

You just need to be creative, try getting a gun that shots portals, a weapon that cuts air and makes one for you, a spell that makes them, etc, etc.

I am a spell person in dreams. I guess i could try a blast of energy on a wall while shouting out where i want it to lead to. I'll try that. Thx for the advice.

When I tried to make a portal I remembered something I'd red here: You can make a portal by drawing a circle (or whatever floats your boat) with your finger, and then just jump through it.
I failed my attempt though, because I lost my focus and woke up

I never have tried dreamspinning. Isn't that where you just spin in a circle and think of wher u want to go. I'll try it if i remember my next lucid.

I usually just put my hands on the wall/floor/whatever and imagine a portal forming, then before I go through it, I think of it's destination, but it usually destabilize the dream, so I rather use the door method.

Just find an Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device and use that.

ehhh i think i opened a portal once while lucid but i never went in it

i think there may be a technique for it, share people! lol

i think i opened the portal by blowing dust/sand out of my hand and it kinda twisted into a portal

I used a door as a portal (wow, how creative)

Think of where you want to go and believe that the door will lead you to that place. Then open it and there we go.

I just walk through wall and imagine that when I appear again ill be somewhere else.

Mirrors make good portals (for me). With Just place your hands on the surface, and push. Be thinking of the place you want to appear in on the other side, or who knows where you may end up...
