Everytime I have a LD I take a little time to take in all the fine details.*
To also feel around, get my sences going and really ground the dream.
Usually I put my hand in my pocket and imagine a little pill, feel around for it untill it appers, then take it and think this pill will make this LD last half hour or an hour, something like that. (I read this can help from a post on this forum).
I've had a couple of 30 to 60 mins LDs this way.
Last night however I tried but couldn't make a pill appear.*
Whilst walking down my street there was a banana cart so I thought I'll have a banana see how it tastes, I've only ever eaten a couple of things in lucids before, they tasted great and this did too.
After a bite I thought I'll keep hold of this so when the dream starts to fade I can take a bite along with focusing on something and the extra sence might help keep me in the dream.
It seemed to work as I made the dream last around half hour.
It tried to fade out about 4 times but everytime I took a bite of the banana, focused on something and before it completely faded I got it back in.*
