Thread: Favourite Element to Control?

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned gravity yet, take away your enemies gravity and watch them mindlessly float upwards or plummet downwards? It would be amazing!

It would be cool to control electricity, you could cause a blackout in NYC and zap people! I don't really like hurting people in dreams though, I hate watching people suffer.

Wow it never occurred to me you could control all the elements! Ive only ever controlled wind, I think because when I was a little kid I often used to imagine I was controlling the wind in real life (LOL).

I like, and seem to be very good at controlling time. (if you class that as an element xD)

I'm probably best at controlling fire, though I want to control earth more, fire just comes easier to me, it's easier to picture than controlling earth I guess.

I've controlled plant life before(tree bending?)... Anyway, I can say i'm an adept when it comes to the element of fire.

Definitely waterbending for me! I'm preally good at manipulating water/liquids in my dream. Even in non-lucids, I waterbend a lot. It includes transforming water to ice, extracting water from the air and living things (such as trees and plants), and ofc blood bending

I have yet to have a lucid dream that lasts more than like 30 seconds, but I think I'd love to blood bend in a lucid dream. Scratch limiting my bending.. I'd manipulate every element over the course of a month! ^_^

Oh! I like this thread. I've found myself using fire a lot. Engulfing yourself and other things in flame is one of my favorite elemental powers to use in dreams. I noticed somebody meantioned the T.V. show Avatar, and although I wasn't the biggest fan, I did watch it for awhile- and it gave me some very interesting concepts to use in dreams. Like, one time I was locked inside of a pool-yard with a large black metal fense around it, so I pulled some of the water out of the pool, and directed the swirling water into sharp revolving blades that cut through the fence like the water bender girl did in an episode I remembered while dreaming. Elemental powers... simple, easy to remember, and always fun.

That's awesome I was never a fan of Avatar, but I do like the whole 'bending' thing.

Also, I don't know if this counts as elemental powers- but one of the things I truly, truly enjoy the most in a lucid dream is becoming a beast. Something between a bear and a wolf that allows you to run quickly on all fours. It's like heaven. Heaven or freedom, whichever you like the sound of.

or the other way around,make the gravity beneth them strong enaugh to make them torn by there own weight.

The closest I've gotten to controlling an element so far is making water appear in an empty bottle. I mean, the concept sounds neat, but I usually get sidetracked with exploring.
