      Wierd stability issues and control

Intermediate lucid dreamer, at least I consider myself as such, I'm sure loads of people on here are much more accomplished. My problem is that say once a week or month I'll get a lucid dream and then maybe another 10 that day (DILDS repeatedly etc) but anyway this isn't about attaining lucidity.

My problem has never really been waking up too soon, If I wandered around(flew around instead) and paid attention I'd probably have a 30 minute plus lucid dream. Its when I try to do something exciting such as fight random DC's or have sex with random DC's. Is there a way around this? There doesn't seem to be a pattern or a specific trigger, usually at the end of my lucid dreams I just slowly fade out, but I could be in the middle of throwing a punch or something like that and I'll just feel myself waking up, if I have time to relax then its fine because I can just jump straight into another dream without moving.

Another issue is flying, see although I have no issue getting off the ground and flying around my aim is not very good. Say I see something I want to go to then I launch myself over there but I can't steer, so I'll have flown past several things I want to interact with before I can stop. I've tried the usual shouting what I want to happen. Just about the only effect i've had Is 'GO FASTER' and I've hyperspeed flown into a nother dreamscape.

My next question is whats the best way to incubate some cool power? I've tried airbending, kamehamaha, super strong punches etc. None of them are sucessful, probably the most impressive thing I can do is jump head first out random windows and then fly away.
      Thanks,

Sorry it took so long for someone to answer you (Yoshi does not like seeing 0's in the on-topic reply column). What wakes you up during the fighting sequences and sex sequences is your adrenaline and excess emotions. You can definitely perform these activities successfully with great enjoyment, but its key to keep calm and collected during these situations. Think of the fighting like a pro boxer would. He is in there fighting and going hard, but he is also staying calm and collected, otherwise, he is going to get his ass beat (aka wake up from the dream). Sex is basically the same. The easiest way is to act like an experienced pro in these situations. Act as if this is your 1,000th fight or 1,000 time having sex and you are used to the sensations. This isn't new to you and isn't going to rock your adrenaline. If you feel yourself getting to excited, stop for a moment, take a deep breath, relalx, and then get right back into it. It takes a certain kind of discipline to experience these extra emotional activities while still keeping your adrenaline and emotions under control. The easiest way to master this is to just keep practicing. Next time, engage in that fight and try to stay calm and collected like a professional fighter would. Don't panic, don't overexert, just experience the situation.

Flying is something that just takes a lot of practice. Its a situation where you haven't experienced this in waking life (unless you've got a jet pack or something, lol), so it takes your mind a while to get used to flying. Every now and then, I'll have a dream where I'm struggling while flying, and I just have to remind myself, "You've done this a thousand times, calm down and just fly." Once you are in the air, try to guide your body with your mind. If you see somewhere you want to land, simply look at that spot and imagine yourself flying toward it, or stopping on top of it. Remember that your dream body isn't controlling your flying, its your mind that is controlling it. Your mind is your body's steering wheel, engine, and every other flying mechanic. It takes practice to get used to these concepts. Just keep flying and keep practicing. Experience is the best teacher. Also, diving headfirst out of windows and entering flight is awesome. I love doing this in almost all of my flying LDs. Hope this helped out a bit and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!
