Cool I will try that tomorrow morning. I couldn't finish it because my leg moved out of my bed and I couldn't move it back, so I stopped. I was at the part with the electricity in my body so I was close I am guessing. ( never experienced it before ) Is it like a dream when it happens, since your eyes are closed? |
Hells yeah. I made that bitch give me a blowjob. |
From an old hag! Kinda disturbing to me <.< |
I suppose you can, tough the sensation is the best part in my opinion, images are kinda boring. |
I used to have sleep paralysis every night and even sometimes when I would nap it was really disturbing. I found it may have been do to being extreamly tired, what ever chemicals I was over doing at that point in my life and amazingly enough - drinking too much caffine! When I got regular sleep and cut out the chemicals and cut down on the coffee the noises and the paralysis slowed way down. The last time I had it happen I just decide not to let it scare me, and not to believe that there was something "evil" in the room with me. I breathed through it, and just decided to let myself drift back into sleep. I refused to to get scared, I just accepted the fact that I couldn't move and I made up my mind that the noises were in my head so I could let them in or not. I really believe that the kind of experiance it is -good or bad depends on your perseption of it becasue that makes the most difference. |

Things are not as they seem
Darn I hate scary things |

You could try putting a paper bag over her head... |
I really wanted a visit from her to try it but I couldn't get in sleep paralysis just a deep deep relaxation. I thought what had been 20 min was an hour and 15 minutes, So I said forget this and tried to WBTB and couldn't fall asleep |
It's actually best for me if I've woken up to WBTB and I can't go back to sleep right away. I remember the other night I couldn't go back to sleep after an hour, and I just said forget it. Some unknown amount of time later, I fell asleep. I then had a very vivid dream and woke up, told myself to notice when the environment changes, and I did. I had a 5 second DILD that I used to jump into a WILD after I woke up (I didn't use the dream itself, just the state of awareness and sleepiness at the same time. However, you could use the dream if you wanted, that's what DEILD is for). |

how can you have sex with the old hag when in a SP you can't move o_O? |
How do I go from SP to FA? That is how my first LD started since joining. |
if you can read this then you are about to be punched
This "pressure" associated with this old hag is what people thought up centuries ago. Today, it is being called a "lead blanket" by some LD'ers because the old hag term is rooted in superstition and therefore scared a lot of LD'ers. Being unable to move and feeling heavy pressure on you happens every night when SP comes on. Perhaps peoples fear of this when it happened was so strong (not knowing what it is) that their thoughts created a small witch like character that came over to their bedside and sat on their chest. |

I've never really experienced the old hag, just wondering what's like? I imagine her to like the dude behind "winkes" in "Mulholland Drive" |
I've experience her once when i use to get sp, i was laying in my father's old room in my old house, and i felt an invisible presence on me. I could actually feel something, but it was invisible, and furthermore it was actually a dream! It seemed real because the dream itself featured, me in the same clothes that i fell asleep in, in the same spot on the floor. |
There isn't actually and old hag that appears though is there? I thought that was just and old term used to explain the pressure on your chest. |
