Recall that has worked for me

getting really into dream interpretation has allowed me to be very motivated in recalling my dreams. I use a site called DREAM MOODS thats gives pretty accurate interpretations of my dreams. With practice I hope to be able to interpret dreams on my own. Meanwhile i feel that i have been able to recall dreams much easier simply by setting the intention the night before that i want to be able to interpret my dreams. Hopes this helps someone

The very act of spending lots of time reading about lucid dreaming and thinking consciously about your dreams will aid in recall. You are directing your mind to accept your dream memories as important and not discard them.

I'm glad your efforts are working!

A question about that. I've been doing those things. But I want to make sure I'm doing this right. I will review some of my dreams in my dream journal three times a day. Whenever I finish reading one of them, i would close my eyes and visualize the dream. Periodically throughout the day I would pick one of my most recent dreams and go over it in my head. I'm just wondering if I'm making enough of an effort in thinking of my dreams or am I over doing it?

Recall often is an very individual thing, you might be overdoing it but maybe it's good just the way you do it. I'd refer you to my Dream Recall Compendium, there are lots of things you can do for recall. I recommend to take your time and try out some of them to see what works best for you.
Personal Records so far: Max lucids per day: 2 | Max lucids per week: 4 | Max lucids per month: 8 | Max dreams recalled in one night: 17
