No? Nobody knows? |

My dream recall has been going well, I've been having a dream a night lately! But last night I had some soda in the house (you know how that played out), I thought that decaffeinated soda would be better than the alternative, but that night I couldn't recall any dreams. |

I have drank either decaf or full caf soda for years. Caffiene can have negative effects on attaining stable dreams. I have never had any notable effect from decaf soda. |

Alright, so it was just a coincidence. Thanks! |

Im not sure if decaffeinated soda can help induce lucid dreaming, but I've read that lucid dreaming can be induced if you drink caffeine before bed, but fall asleep before the caffeine kicks into your body. Its a hit or miss method though, because if you don't fall asleep in time, it could keep you from getting your quality sleep. |
