      Can't recall dreams

For the last 3 nights I could not remember any dreams, is it because I go to bed late between midnight to 3am?
Penny: So what do you say Sheldon, are we your X-men?
Sheldon: No, the X-men were named for the X in Charles Xavier. Since I am Sheldon Cooper, you will be, my C-men.

Oh yeah I'd say so hehe. If I go to bed after midnight my recall turns into a pumpkin. Or was it a gremlin? Anyway you can try to recover some recall maybe by sleeping in later or taking a nap. Otherwise my advice is lights out at midnight.

My recall is generally good but on Saturdays I don't get to bed until later (1-2am usually) and it's the one night of the week where my recall is shot. Even getting up later doesn't help much.

I think you should probably try to go to sleep earlier. However, it could just be that your sleeping schedule is off. Do you sometimes go to sleep at 2AM and wake up at 8AM, only to go to sleep at 12AM and wake up at 11AM the next day?
If you try to make your sleeping pattern more consistent, this could definitely solve your problem.

Get your sleeping pattern more consistent! It is the best thing you can do for recall, thus one of the best things you can do for LDing! Good luck.

As the others have said, get yourself a regular sleep pattern and your recall should benefit from it!
